REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Masterwork Wrap, we take pride in delivering high-quality wrap films and related products. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, uncut, and unaltered

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including all labels, protective films, and accessories

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided

⚠️ Installed, cut, stretched, or removed materials are NOT eligible for return or refund.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom-cut, custom-printed, or made-to-order products

  • Products that have been installed, partially installed, or attempted to be installed

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence

  • Items returned without prior authorization

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage

  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the defective item

  • Store credit

  • Refund (partial or full)

⚠️ Damage caused by installation errors, surface contamination, improper storage, or environmental exposure is not considered a manufacturing defect.

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our customer support team at contactus@masterworkwrap.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions

  4. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method

Returns sent without authorization may be rejected.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or our error

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping.

6. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable)

If the returned product does not meet our eligibility requirements, the refund may be denied and the item returned to you at your expense.

7. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process

Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

9. INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

Masterwork Wrap products are professional-grade materials intended for use by trained installers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Installation errors

  • Labor costs

  • Removal costs

  • Loss of income or business interruption

Always follow recommended installation guidelines and industry best practices.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Masterwork Wrap be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. POLICY CHANGES

Masterwork Wrap reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply.
